Apprenticeships

NG Bailey has been training apprentices since 1934. We opened our own purpose built Engineering Academy in 1969 and since then, over 4,000 men and women have successfully completed an apprenticeship with us, many of whom have won national and industry awards, and have progressed to take up senior management positions in our company.

Our current range of programmes deliver some of the best training in the industry and we're proud to boast a success rate well above industry and national averages, winning several awards for our apprenticeship training - CoVE (Centre of Vocational Excellence), Beacon Status.

We continue to develop our apprenticeship programmes as part of our investment in learning, education and development, totalling in the region of £3 million per annum.
